It was a cold monday Morning when THREE LITTLE BIRDS told us to GET UP, STAND UP, Jamaïca was waiting.

Fred said to Issy LIVELY UP YOURSELF, there is a triathlon to be won! Issy told Fred she was going to STIR IT UP for the other girls it was NO (French) WOMAN, NO CRY because she was far in front!

It wasn't all triathlon, I went JAMMING in the luminous lagoon, and to SATISFY MY SOUL, scuba diving in the Carribean.

We had so much fun that the pilot was WAITING IN VAIN because we missed the flight! Yeah man!!!
